    Hi,

    We are conducting a survey. I was wondering why people weren’t selecting an option called “Game Room” but kept mentioning it in the suggestion box. It hadn’t increased in days either.

    Only to find through going through individual submissions that “game room” answers were one of the most popular, and for some reason, this survey is suppressing or not correctly showing the answers. I hope it is just broken for this one question and not others. But honestly, this is the most important question so I am very disappointed as we spent $50 advertising it, and $200 prize.

    Please fix it, and anyone else using this survey, check your answers individually they may be broken.

    Please clarify the case you are currently experiencing more clearly and in detail as we are getting this kind of request for the first time.

    Please let us know whether the users have chosen this answer option (See in the screenshot below) and it was not typed/displayed in the Individual Submissions or not.

    Besides this, please let us know whether you are using a Cache plugin on your Dashboard or not. The issue may be connected with the cache as well.
