    I am trying to set up a site to monitor my mothers dementia – I have a series of 6 multiple choice questions all with about 4 or 5 answers so 3 family members (the site is password protected) can gauge things like mood, medication, confusion etc

    I have tried several Poll/Survey plugin but none will give the the results in a useful form

    I need to be able to track the results over time – along a time line – so that we can look at how these things compare to each other over a period of months/years

    eg how missed medication can effect mood or confusion

    will this plu-in allow this & if so at what level of purchase

    Hi,

    The pro level of the service will let you monitor the results over time. You can both see the results of the polls in different time-frames in the interface and you can also export the results to see the exact time stamps of all votes for advanced analysis.
