    Hello,

The plugin works very fine, although I’d like to ask one question.
I have an active quiz, taken already by some amount of people. I can see the results of most of them, every question with chosen answer. But for a few records I cannot click on a link to view the details, there is given “n/a”. Why are the details not available?

    With regards

The detail snapshots were added recently. The users who have “n/a” have submitted their quiz before the feature was implemented so their details are not available.

Thank you for a quick answer.
I think this is not a solution, I installed the plugin today, a few hours ago and so the quiz is also from today. For about 120 takings I have about 5-10 n/a results.

I can’t imagine how this is possible then, sorry. The n/a text shows only when snapshot is not available for some reason. If something was shown to the user after completing the quiz, it will also be stored in the database.

I just found that it gives a n/a result only for one grade. I have five grades for 10-question quiz in such ranges: 0, 1-3, 4-6, 7-8 and 9-10. Ad for the range 7-8 every result is not available.

Funny thing, I think I found the issue. In the description for this grade (and only for this one) there is a simple emoticon used, which looks like that: ?? I don’t use any set of emoticons on my website, just typed this three signs and they are not being replaced with any gif or something.

I am not sure, maybe this is not a clue. But there are no more differents between this and other grades. Will cut this emoticon out and later tell you if this solved the problem.

    Ok, it worked!

So I am sure n/a is caused by using emoticons in forms.

Hm, this is really odd. I guess there is another plugin that does something with the emoticons and this causes it. I’ll try to reproduce next week.

    Thanks for your feedback.

I always try to avoid using many plugins, so the answer for the emoticons plugin is: no, there is not any ?? also Jetpack is set not to change such signs into emoticons.

Thank you for your help here and really good plugin!
For sure this is the best free quiz plugin (I tried several today).
