Results Don’t Show On The Front End

    Hello!

    I checked the GamiPress Logs on my website and it confirms that the events are being triggered and the points are being rewarded. Great! However, when a user increases their points, it gets recorded (on the backend) in the logs, but it does not update on the front-end.

    For example, if a user goes from 0 points to 10 points, on the backend (logs), it shows that they have been awarded 10 points and have a new total of 10 points. But on the front end, it still says 0 points.

    Why is this happening?

    Hi @rw86477n

    It looks your issue comes from a caching plugin

    This type of plugins stores a static version of your pages so dynamic content does not get updated until cache gets updated too

    Yo fix your issue try to exclude pages with dynamic content or deactivate the caching plugin
