Results Filter Wrong

How did you displayed products on the page?
Is it default WooCommerce page or it is created with some page builder?

regarding products, all my products are variable products. I don’t have a page builder. only HTML SWVIGYG editor if this is your concern.

it is the default WooCommerce page. products tab in backend and adding products. even I have a problem with linked products. once I add cross-sell and upsell they are not updating. in the You May Also Like nothing is changing, unfortunately, I don’t know what’s the problem, my theme has a lot of bugs and errors but I need to fix now the filters, I have be rocket plugin for filters then the linked products.

This will not affect or delete my current theme? is this safe? please keep in mind, im not expert in WordPress neither WooCommerce so this change theme is scary for me:)

Dear @razyrx; I think I understand your point now since I created 2 linked products for this URL: https://naurasonline.com/product/1116/ and they are showing great and correct in the default theme that is twenty-twenty. So how can we fix this?

In this situation I think it will be better for you to hire freelancer to help you. At least create a staging/test server and recreate your site there. You will have option to test plugin/options without breaking original site.

We didn’t create your site so cannot guarantee anything.

Cant I create my testing on twenty theme or this will affect the main website performance design and layout? I mean why do I have 2 themes? this twenty theme is like a demo or testing environment or what? BETA version of the main website?

BETA version of the main website with original WordPress theme. Free themes provided by WordPress are done well and in most cases are not breaking plugins functionality. They are good for checking where issue is coming from.

Hard to say why it is not working in your theme. We cannot do much from this point. You can try some other plugin or hide a freelancer to find the issue from your(server) side.

Most likely your theme is done in the way when we need to add direct integration with it. Please provide your theme name. We will add it to the list of feature requests and try to add an integration for it. As for now this is all what we can.
