    hi, i would like to ask one thing. I would like to create a website for ice hockey esport. Is it possible to use this add-on to set up a simple record of the result from a match for the given teams (players), which will then be automatically entered into the table? If it requires you to purchase a version for, I’ll be happy to buy premium version. I will give an example … the Tampa vs Rangers match will be in the match schedule, which the player will click and simply fill in and write down the result and any values (shots, powerplay goals, etc.), which will then be included in the table. It would also be a great option to send the result for confirmation to the other player, who will then be automatically entered into the table as soon as he confirms the entry. If so, could you write me instructions on how to do it. Thank you in advance for your answer.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for reaching out.

    We do have frontend scores in the Pro version, but not in the free version.

    In the free version users need to access the wp-admin to add events and results. For Pro they can do it from the frontend.

    We don’t have this confirmation from another player, only admins can authorize and publish scores.

    Thanks!

    do you guys do custom projects

    And if I buy a pro version, can I write the result from the web after the user logs in? I would like users not to have access to the admin menu. I know that it is possible to disable access to various parts of the admin menu using another add-on, but I prefer to write directly from the website and to automatically write to the table without confirming the admin. It’s Possible?

    @andrew88cz

    Yes.
    All controlled by a user Roles and Permissions layer :

    Unless the user is logged in, approval by an “admin” (or other Role) will be required.

    Ok, thanks for answer.

    When i writing the result ( via User Scores), the entry is sent to the admin for approval, but it is not written to the table … until the admin is approved. How can I set the result to be written to the table immediately? Without the use of an admin. Easily and directly from the event website. I will ask for more detailed instructions. Thank you in advance.

    @andrew88cz

    So you want an non-logged in, non-authorized user to be able to enter in the scores from the front end, with approval?
    Or, you want the logged in Manager to be able to submit scores, however no approval needed?

    I want the logged-in user to click on the match schedule on the website, select the match he wants to enroll, fill in the fields (for both teams) and have it entered the table correctly. Everything to take place directly from the website, not from the admin menu. I managed to find the entry, but after filling in the entry, it was sent to the admin for approval. I would like the entry to be entered directly into the table, if it is not possible to create a section on the website to confirm the match. The whole process to be solved on the website. Ideally … The player (Manager) will be registered on the website, log in, select the match he write result (he always writes the result of the winner of the match for both teams) and send either directly to the table or if the website allows, create a page where The player will see their matches for confirmation with a notification directly on the website. If this is not possible, it is enough for the result to be written directly to the table.

    For example:I registered, logged in and was awarded team Washington. I would like to click on the website and in the “send a match” section where I will see my league schedule of matches. I select the played match etc. Tampa vs Washington, write it down and the results both teams is sent directly to the table. it would be better to send it to the opponent for approval, not to the admin … Directly on the web where the opponent would see a notification of an incoming result waiting to be confirmed, but directly on the web in some section such as “matches for confirmation. that it is a complicated process and if it does not work like this, it would be enough for me to send the result only correctly to the table directly from the schedule of the team on the website.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for your reply.

    At the moment you can only send scores for admin approval. We don’t have an option to send it to the opposing team or to have them affect the league tables right away. Each team can add their own scores though.

    We did a code adjustment for one of our clients a while ago where scores were sent to admins then admins would get an email with a link. Once they click that link the results would be approved automatically (the event edit screen – so any pending submitted scores are always auto-approved).

    Maybe that works for you.

    Thanks!

    This is unnecessarily complicated, I try to find the easiest way to write the result to the table after the user logs on to the site. I will probably keep looking, but thank you for your answer. But if you made this possible, I think such an opportunity would appeal to a lot of people. Esport leagues is now very popular and collective sports like football (fifa series) hockey (nhl series) etc. So far thank you and have a nice rest of the day.
