Results for single answer no correct answer

Hi WATU team,

I have a question regarding how users accumulate points when taking an assessment.

We have 5 questions with 5 possible answers for each question. I want the user to only be able to select one answer per question, with different points assigned to different answers, for example:
If user select Answer 1, s/he will earn 3 points
If user select Answer 2, s/he will earn 4 points
If user select Answer 3, s/he will earn 5 points
If user select Answer 4, s/he will earn 1 point
If user select Answer 5, s/he will earn 2 points

There is no correct answer, the user should accumulate points no matter which answer s/he selects.

Based on our assessment structure, we have 5 questions, that can lead to a min of 5 points and a max of 25 points. Depending on the number of points each user earned, they are assigned 1 of 7 grades. I have set up the grade part.

But it seems that the correct answer part in the single answer setting only accumulates the points when the user selects that answer that was (uselessly in my case) selected as the correct answer.

I can see two solutions to this:
A way to have no correct answer option in a single choice situation.

A way to constraint the answer to 1 in a multiple answer situation.

Is there a way to do either using WATU lite or WATU PRO?
