Results not updating

    Hi Conor

    I deleted the record (Boston Marathon) and added it new, now it shows in recent results (it did and is now again showing in the log). However now in Club records it’s not updating Marathons and still showing (Zermatt Marathon) as the top run which I run 1 1/2 slower. I did clear the cache, same result in Chrome and IE.

    Anybody any idea, why the “Club Records” not updating? I did change WP Athletics – General – Advanced – Disable SQL View to on, Forced DB Update, cleared the cache. Still the fastest run isn’t showing…

    If I select “View club rankings for this event”/”Show all results for each athlete” it shows my 13th marathons from the best to the slowest. However if I change back to “Show only best results for each athlete” it displays my 11th fastest run ??

    Hi Jakob. I can offer to log into your system to inspect what is going on. It’s hard to give you any clear instruction without first understanding the problem.

    If you are comfortable with it, you could email me a temporary admin login I will take a look at your setup and try find a solution for this issue.
