When I input the results of matches, the result is not reflected on the fixture list page. It used to update fine, but it’s stopped doing it now. The match centre result updates okay, but the fixture list (or match list) doesn’t. Nothing has changed on the site. I’ve tried disabling plugins. Nothing works and I can’t figure out why it’s stopped working.

Hey, I have this problem regulary.
For me it helps to just disable the wpcm-cache for a day.

    Hi @everyone,

Thank you for bringing this behavior to our attention.

Sometimes, this behavior can be caused by cached data on your site, server, or browser. Could you please try clearing your server-side cache, website cache, and browser cache to see if that resolves the issue?

If clearing the cache doesn’t work, we recommend opening a support ticket on our platform so our team can investigate further. Please provide as much detail as possible, including any steps you’ve already taken to troubleshoot.

We’re here to help and will do our best to resolve this for you!

Sorry, but I wasnt writing about the browser cache. ??

The problem often comes with your WPCM-Cache-system. Even the “clear cache”-Button doesnt really work. Sometimes I have to delete the cache by hand within the database.

Yeah I Understood it wasn’t the browser cache. I did try the clear cache button for the WP plugin but that didn’t work, but I’d need some direction to do it within the database if you could help.

No, the “clear plugin cache”-Button isn’t doing anything at all, at least in my setup. I was talking about “deaktivate” the cache, save and check your results page and leave it like that for 1-2 days. then you can activate the cache again.

For troubleshooting you should still delete the browser cache, server side cache etc., just to be sure it has nothing to do with the system you use. or just try another system.

But somehow it sounds to me like the problem we are experiencing since years after adding a new game sometimes.
