Results Page Just Spins

    After upgrading to v.7.1.16, the results page just spins.

    I have tried turning off WP Rocket JS combining and still no luck.

    More details I have discovered:

    If the Certificate add-on is installed (v.1.0.11) and “Enable certificates for this quiz/survey?” is enabled (set to Yes):

    – The SUCCESSFUL passing results page does not show (just spins)
    – The FAILED to pass results page displays.

    On quizzes that have “Enable certificates for this quiz/survey?” disabled, the SUCCESSFUL passing results page displays.

    The Results Email works correctly with or without “Enable certificates for this quiz/survey?” enabled.

    I setup a quiz using the settings provided by you with the latest version of the Certificate and QSM plugin. But I am not experiencing such an issue at my staging so I request you to kindly share the issue at here well https://quizandsurveymaster.com/contact-support/ for further investigation.
