Results problems

I have a problem and that’s when I’ll add results in a small cup that we have in my compound. When you enter and will fill in soccer results so it is always 0-0 in the boxes and then when you update it will be a draw in judgment matches where I did not remove it. Say we have 20 teams in a group and in the first match ends 5-1, no problem at all but when I update it will be 0-0 in all the other matches how can you do to avoid this problem a bit tedious to have remove all 0-0 result every time I add a new game …..
