Results will not display when more than one category is selected

    Awesome plugin. Has worked very well for our purpose. I purchased the premium version.

    A couple of questions/issues I have noticed…

    (1) When more than one category is selected on the sidebar, it just says “Updating results…” and never displays anything.

    (2) In the admin section, when you go to upload additional images, it will only allow you to upload one at a time. It directs you back to the dashboard and you have to go back into the product. Is there a way to add 3 upload fields to be able to add all 3 at a time?

    Hi Gabe,

    1 – Can you make sure that “Mobile Stylesheet” is set to “No”? There’s an error with it right now that we’re trying to resolve.

    2 – You should be able to upload multiple additional images by holding down control and clicking on the ones you’d like to add, and then hitting “Add Image”. It’s covered in this video:

    Please let us know if it’s not working as intended for you.

    Mobile Stylesheet is set to no. I realized some issues with that right off the bat. However, it did not solve the issue I mentioned.

    I’ll try the multiple images suggestion.

    Control click does not allow me to select more than one image… Neither does control+shift click. Any other ideas?

    Hi Blaksheep,

    I’ll look into the multiple categories issue, and get back to you on that then.

    We use the default WordPress uploader, does it not work for you on normal WordPress pages?

    I can select multiple images in a page or post, just not the catalog images…

    Is there anything out of the ordinary with your server setup? Selecting multiple categories seems to work fine on our test catalogue and a couple of other people’s sites that I tried.

    Hi Blaksheep,

    You guys were using a version of the plugin from a few months ago. After updating to the most recent version, everything seems to be working correctly.
