Resume Board/Bank

Is anyone aware of the following or could make a recommendation… I am looking for job board type software either as a plugin or as a theme. But the I want it to post resumes not jobs. So companies would have to pay either a monthly fee or pay to see a specific resume.

Again, no jobs are being posted. It is the reverse of the standard model out there. Folks post resumes and employers have to pay to get access to them.

If anyone knows of software that can accommodate this requirement, that would be great!
