Currently we don’t have the feature show all selected options in the way you’ve described. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar as we plan out our roadmap for the future.
On another note, it seems that you have a paid license with WPForms since you’re using the multi page form. If you have an active WPForms subscription, please submit a support ticket for any further questions. This is because www.ads-software.com rules do not allow support for paid features of WPForms on the support forum for WPForms Lite.
