    Hi there,

I am testing your WP Fusion lite version with Mautic.
I have added a custom field in Mautic, but it does not show up in WP fusion.

Looking at your guidelines here https://wpfusion.com/documentation/getting-started/syncing-contact-fields/?utm_source=free-plugin&utm_medium=contact-fields&utm_campaign=free-plugin

I read the note ‘Note: If you’ve just added a new custom field in your CRM, it may not appear in the dropdown of available fields. Begin typing the name of the new field, and if no matches are found, click the “Resynchronize” link that appears in the dropdown. The new custom field will be loaded from the CRM and you should see it appear once you re-type the name.’

I have been looking for this “Resynchronize” link, but it’s not present in the dropdown.

    Any help?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

In addition to issue above, I have clicked several times on ‘Refresh available tags & fields’ but nothing happened.

I am also facing another issue.

My contacts were initially all synched fine to Mautic and upon every new registration, they synch to Mautic with no issues.
I was wanting though, to synch/feed more data from WP to Mautic, such as roles and registration date (see screenshot https://prnt.sc/06rXgwUNW-4f) but it doesn’t update the corresponding Mautic field.
I have used the options ‘pushed user meta’ and ‘Resync tags for every user’ under advanced but did not work.

    Any help?

    Thanks

    Hey @wlsfh ,

The prompt to resynchronize appears in the Select A CRM Field dropdown when there are no matches found, like this https://i.wpfusion.com/x4iMDy

Though that’s the same as clicking Clicking Refresh Available Tags and Fields, which should should always load any new ones…. so I’m not sure why it’s not working for you.

Can you try turning on HTTP API logging (https://wpfusion.com/documentation/getting-started/activity-logs/#http-api-logging) and see what the response from /api/fields/contact looks like? That should show all your fields, maybe it will give a hint as to why some are missing.

To export the user role and registration date you’d want to use a Push User Meta operation (https://i.wpfusion.com/tK4U8K).

If that’s not working as expected I’d check the logs to see if the data shows up, as well if any errors are recorded.

Let us know how it goes ??

Hey @wlsfh , we haven’t heard back from you so I assume everything is working now. I’m going to close this thread but if anything else comes up feel free to re-open it ??
