Retaining Plugin Settings While Moving Blog To Another Server

    Hello,

    I am planning on moving my blog to another server.
    I would like to do this while retaining my plugin settings (and as many other settings that I can) so I don’t have to go back through and set everything up again.

    I have FTPed to my own old wordpress directory and downloaded all the files from there. If I upload to new server, will this retain all my settings? Is there any way around this?
