Retargeting not working

I checked your site and indeed the retargeting rule is not working as expected.

Few suggestions:

1. Please use the latest version of Icegram.
2. Ensure that you have “Once shown, do NOT show a message again for” set to “Today” (or One week) in Retargeting. And Save your campaign.
3. Try visiting a couple of pages on the site. Let the optin popup appear.
4. Open the site again. See if the popup appears..

If this does not work, try disabling other plugins and only use Icegram. Then see if the retargeting rule works. (I noticed errors from other plugins on the site).

If all fails, give us admin access to your site (email “support” at “icegram” dot “com”)

Thanks for your help. I checked up everything you suggested me, but it didn’t work. I also tried to send you an e-mail to [email protected], but e-mails are being rejected. May you tell me other e-mail address in order to send you the administrator credentials?

Hey bro, I finally figured out what happened and was able to fix it. Just in order to let you know; Firstly, I created a campaign and it’s settings were recorded at the wp_post-meta ddbb table, but after deleting this same campaign, it’s related data was not erased from the table. I erased it all manually but this didn’t fix the problem, so I had to change the first value of the icegram_campaign_target_rules string manually: a:12:{s:8:”sitewide”….} This did the trick for me.

Thanks for fixing it yourself! So the problem was in targeting rules – “Where”.. Will look into code for that.

When a campaign / message is deleted, it stays in Trash. When you empty trash, then all entries from tables should be removed.

Will solve the email issue as well..

Other thing I noticed; even though the plugin itself is working properly, the target rules shown at the plugin control panel are absolutely different (guess I messed up something at the DDBB… xP) Anyway, I’ll wait till a new update and then I’ll clean the DDBB and reinstall the plugin.
