Retargeting not working properly

  • Hi,

    We are having issues on the retargeting, after clicking the CTA it still show up on the site.

    This is how we set it:
    Once CTA is clicked, do NOT show this campaign again for One Month.

    Tried on staging (disabled everything) and it still doesn’t work. It is set to show on the Homepage only.

    Hi @sneakz,

    There are two things that you can check out initially –
    1. If you have any caching plugin installed on your site, then please enable “Lazy Loading” option from Icegram > Settings > Cache Friendly.
    2. Check if you have any Javascript error on the console which is blocking Icegram script from setting cookies.
