    Hi,

    It would be nice to be able to control the # of times a message shows up during a session.

    Another idea would be that once the user closes the message, it will not show for the rest of the session. Right now it comes up again on the next page they visit.

    NOTE: I also sent an email to [email protected] BEFORE I found this support page. Can you please look for the email regarding Icegram not working with Divi theme from Elegant Themes>

    @ccelle: Advanced retargeting rules will be added to Icegram in future releases. We’ve been improving on retargeting every few releases so far, and will continue doing that. Have added your suggestion of “number of times per session” to our list.

    About not showing up a message in the current session after first time – this is already possible. Look through the drop down for duration selection under retargeting rules. There is an option for current session. This way the message won’t show on the next page.

    Try that with the latest release too. There was a compatibility issue with some caching systems about retargeting, and we have solved it in the last release.

    Our email is [email protected]. If you send us your WP admin login credentials over email, we can take a look at the issue with Divi theme.

    Hi Carl,

    You can’t control the numbers of times a message shows up.

    But yes, you can control when it should be shown again.

    Like. : Once shown, do NOT show a message again for current session/ today / once week / …

    You will find this option at : Edit Campaign > Targeting rules > Retargeting

    We have released Icegram v1.7.1 with bug fixes and suggest you to upgrade Icegram.
    It should work.

    We are looking into the div theme compatibility issue.

    Will update you on that very soon.
