• A paid member was deleted manually by the admin. Then when that member tried to renew & paid again, no confirmation email was sent to the user to enable registration. However, when the user clicked on return to merchant from paypal, he went to the registration page instead of the home page and when he entered registration information, the error message said that the password did not match the unique ID (but no email was sent with that ID). Is there some other location that needs to be cleared to enable this user to log back in? The trace logs looked good except for the last two steps, the new member email to the admin was not sent, nor the email to the new member. How can I clear this?

    Hi John, please make sure that the member is completely deleted. Then add the member again. I think this is probably the best option in your case. This is in regards to the following comment.

    The plugin acted correctly because the member had been deleted by the admin.

    In regards to the following comment.

    That is correct as per my comment above. The member did not exist, therefore the plugin sent that person back to the registration page.
