Retina issue and compatibility with WP Retina 2x (I am the author)

Nice work on this plugin, I really like it. However, it doesn’t work perfectly with Retina.

1. I get the warning “Source too small”. However, the source is definitely not too small. Here is a screenshot as a proof (https://i.imgur.com/Zs4HFgH.png).

2. I am the author of WP Retina 2x. It is the most used plugin for Retina. Problem is, by default, my plugin re-generate the @2x images when the thumbnails are re-created. On my side, I have no way of knowing that the images have actually been re-processed by your plugin – so even though you create the @2x file my plugin will erase it. I see two things we can do: you can disable the option used by my plugin called ‘auto_generate’ before creating the @2x and re-set it again when it’s done to true (if it was true before). Second idea would be to keep those cropping information in the database and I could use it to generate/crop the retina files. That would be good for another thing: this information could be re-used when all the images are re-generated (right now it seems this info it’s just lost).
