Retina Logo

I want my logo dimension to be 700*162. And for that i have the logo in two sizes 700*162 and 1400*324 (double size). Can someone explain me how I can use the 1400*324 file but display the logo as 700*162 on the website. (If you can tell me what to edit in stylesheet.css, it’ll be greatly appreciated)
