    Hi!

I would like to ask for help on an issue I’m having with the retina logo.

I was trying to make my whole site load in https. I already have SSL certificate installed and configured correctly. So, in WordPress admin, I changed both WordPress URL and my website URL to https. I’m not sure if there are other things I need to change in the settings to make sure https for my site is loading properly, though.

Anyway, everything seems to be in https now, including uploaded images. However, I’m not getting the secure green lock icon in my browser address when I’m browsing my website. It says “Connection Is Not Secure: parts of this page are not secure (such as images)”. I checked the media information, and it turns out, it’s because the retina logo image is the only one left in http.

In Inspect Element, I’m getting this warning:

Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://mywebsite.com/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image ‘https://mywebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/mywebsite-retina-logo.png’. This content should also be served over HTTPS.

I would greatly appreciate your help on how to fix this, please. Thanks.

And by the way, thanks so much for this awesome theme. I wish I’d discovered it months ago.

Hello, go to the Header > Logo section of the customizer and try to re-add your Retina Logo. You can also force the HTTPS (ask your web host for this). Tell me if it works.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I’ve done both re-adding the Retina logo and forcing https via .htaccess. They didn’t work, but I found the fix.

Appearance -> Customize -> Header -> Mobile Menu -> Logo (optional), then I added a logo.

    The issue is now resolved.
