Retrieve all "contact us" subscribers

We have been running this website for almost 3 years and just want a list of all the people that used our “contact us” form. How do we get those. I did not understand your response. Do we have to upgrade to get that information?

I apologize for the confusion, let me explain. Per your email, you haven’t signed up with us yet so therefore, you don’t have a ContactUs.com account. If you’ve got subscribers on your website but you were not using ContactUs.com forms, we won’t be able to help you since we can’t retrieve all those leads information from outside Data Bases.

We would highly suggest you to look at the DB that your form provider used, including an email address to which all the information should have been sent. You should find the information you’re looking for right there.

If you used a ContactUs.com and it was removed, unfortunately, the information has been lost since the eliminated accounts erase all their data.
