Retrieve content from WP Tasty recipe cards

  • Firstly, I accept fault for being a dummy and not doing this correctly. I recently migrated my posts from www.ads-software.com to Squarespace and subsequently transferred my domain (Google). I neglected to back up my content created in the WP Tasty plugin (recipe card plugin). Now that I’ve transferred my domain, I no longer have access to the WordPress dashboard in order to retrieve that content. I’m desperate for an answer, help!
