Retrieve form info after it’s sent?

  • I made a huge mistake. In the contact form, I have a required field for email address. In the email that is sent to me displaying the message, I forgot to include the code to include the email address, so I’ve received the message without any means to reply to it. Is there any way to retrieve this information now or is it too late?
