Retrieve submission info on frontend

Hello,

I have members locked website. They can submit contact form (cf7) and their email address is set to their user email address (meaning they can’t change it). What i want to do is to retrieve form submit date and url for each submission on separate php page (something like profile). I’m thinking to retrieve data from contact form db filtering by user email. Any help here?
