retrieve user info and password upon registration

    hello there.
    i’m trying to integrate wp with some other shopping and forum cms.

    I want to use the wordpress users table to login into the other cms’es

    since the encryption method in each system is different I want to get a plain text of password upon the registration and insert it to both databases of those systems.

    the issue is wp by default generates the password and sends it to the user email, I want to know is there any way to preset that random password which is being send to the user email so I can insert it into the other databases or not? or if there is any way for me to see a plain text version of generated password.
