Retrieving 5 reviews yet there are 56 in Google

    The Google Places API will only return the 5 Most Helpful reviews. It’s a limitation of the API not the plugin. When Google changes your 5 Most Helpful then the plugin will add any new ones. That way it can slowly build up the database.

    The Pro version does have an alternative way to download all your reviews.

    Thanks, I just bought the Pro version so i will go the ‘review funnel’ route.
    I’m building the site on a test URL, looks like the license is set up to that URL now….will this be an issue when we move it to the live domain?

    Just go to the Account page inside the plugin and de-activate the license from the test URL. Then you can re-activate it on the live domain. You can also do it from the User Dashboard…
