Retrieving participants

    Hi there,
    This is a great plugin!
    But I do have an issue with retrieving participants information.

    1. In the registration settings – Create a new user for each participant was checked but no users created.
    2. In woocommerce reports, events tab clicked on customers but showed no customer found. Is there a way to extract the participants’ info?

  • Agree, this is an awesome plugin and is perfect for our needs, except for @preetgill’s #2. I have looked at all reports, order data, etc, and even started looking at the tables in the database, but can not find the “Participants” info.

    Please advise on best way to retrieve / access the participant info.

    I’m having the same problem, the Events reports page says “No customers found”
