Retrieving phone number prefixes

Hello,

I have a phone field in which I can choose the country in which I reside and that updates the format of the phone number. However, I would like to get the prefix of this number. For example: for France, I would like to retrieve in a first field the number (06 07 08 09 01) and in a second field, the prefix (+33). Is this possible? If so, how do I do this?
