Return address for Contact Form
-
I asked this question on Ninja Forms website by contact form and even though I said I had already checked everything with GoDaddy, their response was to contact GoDaddy. Such fun to be passed around by people who apparently don’t even thoroughly read your question. OK, rant over. ??
Since the return address that sends out confirmation of Contact Us message received says “WordPress” I’m thinking maybe it’s something that can be handled here. I’m really, really trying to learn this whole system, but sure could use some help!

In sending a message from our Contact Us page, I can’t get the return address to display the way I want it to. It looks to me like it’s coming from sender WordPress with an old AOL email address we don’t want to use.
The message does get sent to the correct address at [email protected], but I don’t want that AOL address to be the reply-to email from the confirmation.
I’ve looked at your FAQs, troubleshooting, called GoDaddy to make sure all their settings are correct, deactivated and reactivated Ninja Forms with no success.
In Email & Actions under Email Admin, I have changed the From name and address as I want it to be, I’ve checked the Success message, but I can’t see how to specify a return email address from there.
Can you please tell me exactly where to find and what should be in these fields to make confirmation emails display what I want? I’m new to this process and GoDaddy told me their Managed WordPress would be easy to work with, but I’ve never worked with Ninja Forms before and I need some help.
Thank you,
Malia Lane
