Are you trying to use another plugin to send email through office 365? I saw another forum post that you started but I don’t see that plugin activated here. I’m wondering if 365 won’t accept bounces that it didn’t send. Have you tried bouncing a message in the 365 web client and then bouncing to the same address in sendpress? Seems like you need custom SMTP in pro to send through 365 correctly.

I’ve tried it with and without the other plugin activated and it fails either way. The other plugin works fine (the plugin is wp-mail-smtp)

The other plugin may work fine for sending but we can’t guarantee that the headers remain correct when sent through that method. Thats why we have custom smtp in our pro version and automated bounce handling with Mandrill. I think the reason you don’t get the bounce when sending through your website is because outlook won’t accept a bounce it didn’t send.
