Return All Entries From a Form

You can technically do this as entries are a regular WordPress custom post type. You could for example use a WP_Query to fetch them: https://developer.www.ads-software.com/reference/classes/wp_query/.

Entries are designed for administration and not very well fit for use on the front-end. I would recommend checking out the Pro version of the plugin which includes the ability to create and edit posts of any type and easily transfer ACF fields over. You could then for example set up a CPT, design your theme to display the posts and generate them using a form.
