Return key set behavior works only a couple of times and then crashes

  • Hi there, we noticed that when we set the behavior “Action when pressing the return key” to any of the options available in the dropdown, the behavior initially works fine for a limited number of times (4 or 5 times roughly) and then crashes and goes to a broken search page.
    Any ideas?

    Do these sites share any infrastructure? Are they on the same server maybe, or share the same database server (physical or virtual server also counts)? Is this a multisite installation by any chance – are the sites on the same multisite network?

    From the IP addresses I assume all of these sites are on a single dedicated server with multiple usable IP addresses(?). If so, then that is a clue, that there might be something wrong with the database configuration. Maybe just replication, or data loss prevention of some sort. It seems as if the server rolls back to a certain point for some reason. I honestly don’t know.

    Yes, you are correct. They are all on the same server.
