    Hi,

    I’m using woocommerce withe hotel booking to add payment method.
    I’m able to book a room and pay for it but after that the booking status is at waiting for admin and become automaticaly cancalled after 1h.

    An idea of what I’m doing wrong ? My return page is /order-received/
    Maybe there is a way to change the automatic change.

    Are you using the WooCommerce Bookings extension for this or another plugin? If you’re using WooCommerce Bookings, there is a setting on the “General” tab of the bookable product itself that allows you to require confirmation of the booking. You’ll need to make sure that’s not enabled if you want the booking to be automatically confirmed.

    Hi, thanks your answer.

    I’m using Woocommerce, hotel booking and WCMPG.
    I have the choice between Confirmation “by the customuer” (mail) or “by admin manualy” or “during the payment” (I translate from French so it coukd be a little different). I would like to make work “during the payment”.

    Thank you for sharing more information about the plugins that you are using and what you would like to achieve. That helps.

    I would like to help you, but I am sorry to say that I am unable as the issue is caused by a 3rd party plugin rather than with our product. We don’t know why you are not able to set the booking as confirmed after the payment is made. I recommend contacting your hotel booking plugin developer for further assistance as they will have better idea about the problem.
