Return Price as a number

  • I would like to return the Price as a number. I use this shortcode [stock_quote symbol=”MSFT” raw=”1″ template=”%raw_price%”] in Tabelpress, but I still get an error (the cell does not contain a number or expression). I red on this forum someone saying: to ensure I evaluated the short code first before applying the formula. So this works great now. Do you know how this can be done?

    Hello,

    Stock Quote shortcode you use doing what you ask for – print out unwrapped raw MSFT price.

    Unfortunately, in output Stock Quote can not declare type of output to be number, so you should check with Tablepress support how to do that (error you referring to does not come from Stock Quote).
