    Hello I just started using the plugin. Very successful, thank you. I want to ask a few questions.
    1-) If the customer wants the refund to his wallet, can he transfer it to another location later? For example from wallet to credit card?

    2-) Is the plugin compatible with “Dokan plugin”? Can every store owner use the plugin? Or can only admin use it?

    3-) My website is mobile responsive. But I’m having trouble with the plugin. Is the plugin not mobile responsive? For example, the return refund table does not fit on the screen. What can I do for it. Please look at image (Image).

    Here the answrs of your all 3 queries –

    1-) No, Currently we don’t provide this transfer functionality.

    2-) Admin can use it only but for dokan we provides other plugin in which vendor can manage the refund request for their products.

    3-) Yes, As we inherit the wordpress default table structure and refund table contains more data in the table So we provide scroll functionality in our table at mobile view , You can check it the same from your end.

    Thank you very much for your reply. I would like to ask two more questions with your permission.
    1-) After installing the plugin compatible with the “Dokan” plugin, would it be a problem if the “Dokan plugin” was not installed yet? So, does it work like “Return Refund and Exchange for WooCommerce” plugin?

    2-) There are many returnable products in the “My Orders” section. Clicking the “return” button on any of them opens the “order refund request form”. So far, no problem. But other products are also available here and I don’t want to “return” them.So, i want to submit a refund request for only one. However, there is no cancel button.
    For example, there are two different returnable products named A and B. I click the return A button. Both products appear in the form. The form I mentioned is available visually. Please see the image.

    1) Yes, Since it’s compatible with Dokan Plugin so to use this plugin you must have installed the Dokan plugins.

    2) For this in our premium version product selection feature is available so that customer can select the products from the order according too their requirement .

    For referring to your example- Through our premium version you refund one product from the order.
