return to clicked post in loop

  • Hi there,

    Really love the plugin. Thanks for making it.

    Any chance we can make the user go back to the exact post that has been clicked when returning to the post list?

    Currently, when I scroll down all the way to, say, post 100 and then open said post, I’m being taken back to the very start of the query loop when returning to the original page.

    Oh, I see… That test case slipped by haha. I would like to implement a fix for it but just do not have the time currently. The only work around I can come up with it is switching my post links to open in new tabs.

    I’ll add it to my to-do list but to not have a timeline for it unfortunately.

    Would be great to get that fixed, but no rush. Please take your time!

    As for the “new tab” option, I’ve actually did exactly this, since the new block themes allow for an easy change regarding the handling of posts. Meaning, there’s isn’t even a need for a plugin anymore.

    However, having them open in the same tab would be the ideal solution.
