Return to Site after Purchase?

I have a question? I did not see anything that lets you know if after pay that the customer will get redirected to your site. I use YITH Thank You Page plugin on my sites. If I use this PayPal payment plugin will the customer get redirected back to the site so that they get the Thank You page showing what they purchased?

The only reason I asked is that in the developer’s section of PayPal there is a field called Live return URL do I need to add something to this?
