    Could you help troubleshoot what the error could be during demo and return URL provides the error below.

    Hello,
    I have just tested out your site and the problems persists. So on a hunch, I used my own set of merchant credentials (which I have been using on my development server) and it worked properly. You should have seen some successful order emails.

    Thereafter, I took your merchant credentials and used on my own development server and the problem came up again.

    Thus the conclusion is obvious: the problem is linked with your merchant credentials. Your credentials seems unable to lookup a transaction’s status.

    So I think you should escalate the problem to GlobalPay.
