• My current situation: after payment the user is always redirected to the original screen with the message.

    Is there a way to redirect the user after a succesful payment to a specific page and to another page after a failed payment?
    I can only find (email) messages related to payment status, not redirects.

    I have found the solution for the redirect. Since it isn’t possible to disable the conditions, I added the condition ’email is not equal to [email protected]’. This worked for me.

    But still it isn’t possible to add one redirect for a succesful payment and another URL for a failed payment.

    Am I missing something here?

    Thanks for the reply. I added the shortcodes to my redirected page but it’s not showing.
    Does this only work when I put the shortcodes in the confirmation message tab?

    Hi,

    These shortcodes are meant to be used in the confirmation message tab not on the redirected page. I know this is not exactly what you asked for but you could use those shortcodes to display different messages depending on the payment status.

    We currently don’t have a solution for a redirect to separate pages and we also don’t have any plans to add such a feature in the near future.
