Returning Customer Login Link not working

Since upgrading I am having trouble on the customer checkout page.
The ‘Returning Customer Login link’ is not working
When I check the link it is pointing at it is a # . Not sure if this coincides with recently upgrading the WP software as we have never noticed it before. Can anyone help?
