reusable block automatic conversion

Is there away to automatically ‘change to regular block’ every time you add a reusable block? i’d rather do this so i can customize some of those blocks without having to click on ‘convert to regular block’. i don’t really care whether it gets locked in as a resable block everytimee

also, with that issue at mind i have been using a workaround for copy/paste single blocks and paste to another position in the entry. select 2 blocks and copy, then paste to position you want the copied block to be pasted in and then delete the 2nd block with a command / option / z
