• Hello,

Reusable blocks aren’t accessible in Guttengerg editor.
There is no ‘My blocks’ tab in the list. Search typing by name has no results.

I still able to view list of my blocks via ‘Fabrica Reusable Block Instances’ plugin but I can’t access them via Guttenberg.

When I try to create a new reusable block in a post, it immediately becomes inaccessible, e.g. I can’t even change its name. After post refreshing the block is marked as “Block deleted or unavailable.” (translation from russian).

I tried to switch to Troubleshooting mode with Health Check plugin. It has no effect, the reusable blocks are still inaccessible.

Then I duplicated prod site to test subdomain via Duplicate plugin.
There is no issue on test site, ‘my blocks’ are accessible. Both envs are identical.

So now I have no clue what else should I check on prod to resolve the problem.
    Need your advice.

    Thanks

In the end, I found the reason thanks to similar topics. The reason is Firefox. Probably due to the recent automatic update of firefox to 78.01. All you need to do is clear the firefox cache. I was confused because in the neighboring browser tabs one site worked and the other did not. The cache is site-based.
