Reusable blocks broke with WP 5.7

  • When upgrading to WP 5.7, we ran into the following issue:

    • Whenever editing a page or post that contains a Reusable Qubely block, the Gutemberg editor shows that the reusable blocks have been modified,
    • regardless if you select saving the changes or not the page does not save at all (clicking the button has no effect)

    Which prevents us entirely from updating any page that contains a Qubely reusable block.

    Support has beeen contacted, but in 3 weeks we have not received any help and the support went unresponsive
