Reusable Blocks Don’t Update Right Away

If I create a reusable block, it shows up on the RB Manager as published, but when I create a new post (or edit an old one), the block doesn’t show up right away.

Further, if I go into manager and remove an old block, then create a post, the old block continues to stay in the dropdown.

I find that it takes a while for the blocks to update – like as if a cache page needs to be purged.

I’ve disabled plugins, and themes, and the problem continues. It just seems like it’s a waiting game for the RB to show up on the list.

And there’s no way in the manager to put it in as HTML, or force it on the list. I’ve tried several times.

This should be instantaneous remove a RB, it disappears. Add a RB, it appears.

Please advise.
