Reuse the pixel id from your previous setup

My Facebook Business account was compromised. I have since recovered it, but I had to create a new pixel.

I have tried to reconnect it to a new pixel but two things are happening.

When I complete the configuration settings and click next, I get a large error message:

Something went wrong.

This may be because of a technical error that we're working to get fixed. Try reloading this page.

I am also getting a tiny little error (?) message at the top of the screen:

Reuse the pixel id from your previous setup.

I don’t want to use that pixel. I want to use the new pixel, but do these errors have something to do with each other?

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to resolve this issue. I cannot connect my new Pixel (or even my corrupt one).
