Reusuable blocks no longer working

I use my reusable blocks on a daily basis as I am writing a lot of content. Since the last update, it no longer works. When I make a reusable block at first it works but it won’t let me title it anymore. It simple says Untitled unless I go into Manage Reusable blocks. When I put a reusable block into a post-it will no longer let me return it to a normal block. Any edit I make disappears when I hit save, I have lost a lot of work. I am also spending a lot of time making my old reusable blocks from scratch over and over again. This has only been occurring since last update. Several other features don’t work either such a move and duplicate. Seems that the whole drop-down is being suddenly problematic.
