Hi, I have set up GTMKit, imported the containers to GTM including enhanced conversions, enabled enhanced conversions and user data. However, revenue data is not being sent to GA4 and Google Ads since we switched to GTMKit.

I tried troubleshooting including disabling all caching but the issue persists.

Tags fire and I don’t see any errors in GTM. Only potential isssue is that this “Send ecommerce data” shows as False. However, didn’t want to make any changes to the imported containers (only changed the constants).

Any ideas?

@samm17 I have tested your site exept making a purchuse and I see all the expected events in GTM Tag Assistand.

Please go to? ‘GTM Kiit > General > Misc > Logging and debugging > Debug log’ and log the “purchase” event to the debug log. Make a test purchase or wait for a customer to make a purchase, and go to ‘WooCommerce > Status > Logs’. Let me know if there is an entry named ‘gtmkit-purchase’.

That means that the purchase event is being generated by GTM Kit, so you can deactivate the debug log.

Do you see the purchase event in the GTM Tag Assistant?

As you suspectd ‘Send ecommerce data’ should be active in the tag GA4 – Ecommerce Events under ‘More Settings > Ecommerce > ?Send Ecommerce data (Data Layer).

Which template did you use?

I think I found the issue. I’m using the template from your guide

which has “Send ecommerce data” set to false.

I just downloaded your eCommerce template from within the plugin and it has the above set to true.
